Adjacent to the street is London’s famous landmark Kensington Palace( former residence of Princess Diana and residence to Lakshmi Mittal), Kensington Gardens, Royal College of Arts and Royal Albert Hall. )

The ground floor is approximately 450 sq ft and is substantially rectangular in shape giving ample distance for the art on the walls to be viewed and enjoyed. The Gallery boasts a large front window looking into the busy Kensington Church Street.

The back room is about 300 sq ft and is square in shape again providing a fantastic display and viewing opportunity. The room would also be ideal as a private meeting room.

Room 3 is the basement which is about 500 sq ft. It is the same shape as the ground floor. The basement has recently been refurbished.

There is also about 150sq ft of storage area and there is also the kitchen and toilet.

The gallery is equipped with the following

• A flexible lighting system giving you manoeuvrability to give your artwork the maximum effect.
• A fully functioning kitchen
• Telephone and FREE broadband access (you only pay for the telephone calls)
• A printer, fax machine, copier and scanner

• (A MAILING LIST which currently consists of 1500 names. These names are of people who live in the local area and include those that have walked in requested to be added to the mailing list. Of the 1500, 500 are emails making the marketing that much cost effective and we are building on this email list.

• ONLINE MARKETING- Your event will be marketed on our website www.thegallery77.com before, during and after the event. To develop a long term relationship, we can continue to market the event and artwork on our website so that you can benefit from our online marketing campaign.

• ADVERTISING IN LOCAL MAGAZINES- We will include your event in the “what’s happening “  section of local magazines such as The Hill, The Grove Kensington Community etc. )
